RETURN OF GOODS
Goods purchased in our e-shop may be returned within 14 days without giving any reason (pursuant to Section 1829(1) in connection with Section 1818 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll.).

A claim, return of goods or exchange may be submitted by sending the goods to the following address:

WARRANTY FOR GOODS
The warranty period is provided for a minimum of 24 months. If the buyer is a person registered in the Commercial Register and purchases goods for their business activity, and requires their company details to be stated on the tax document, the sale is considered a purchase contract issued pursuant to Section 429 of the Commercial Code, which does not set a mandatory warranty period. For products purchased in this way, a 12-month warranty from the date of sale is provided, unless agreed otherwise.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or unprofessional handling or normal wear and tear.
