PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
A. ORDER CREATION
I hereby give my consent to Strobl.cz s.r.o., ID No. 28123140, with registered office at Kubelíkova 1224/42, 13000 Prague 3, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 196650 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to process the following personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation:

The above personal data is processed for the purpose of processing and delivering the order (i.e. performance of a purchase contract), and for the purpose of sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities by the Controller (e.g. sending printed leaflets by post, SMS messages, promotional emails).
B. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
I hereby give my consent to Strobl.cz s.r.o., ID No. 28123140, with registered office at Kubelíkova 1224/42, 13000 Prague 3, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 196650 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to process the following personal data in accordance with applicable legislation:

The above personal data is processed for the purpose of maintaining a customer account, allowing customers to view order history and simplify future orders, and for sending commercial communications and other marketing activities by the Controller (e.g. printed mailings, SMS messages, promotional emails).
C. CONTACT FORM SUBMISSION
I hereby give my consent to Strobl.cz s.r.o., ID No. 28123140, with registered office at Kubelíkova 1224/42, 13000 Prague 3, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 196650 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to process the following personal data (if provided in the contact form):

The above personal data is processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form and for sending commercial communications and marketing by the Controller.
D. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
I hereby give my consent to Strobl.cz s.r.o., ID No. 28123140, with registered office at Kubelíkova 1224/42, 13000 Prague 3, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 196650 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to process the following personal data:

The above personal data is processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications and marketing by the Controller (e.g. email newsletters, SMS messages, printed leaflets).
COMMON PROVISIONS
I give my explicit consent to the processing of the above personal data. The data will be processed for the duration of the Controller’s engagement in the relevant business activities. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example, by sending an email or letter to the contact address of the Controller.
Personal data is processed directly by the Controller but may also be processed by other data processors providing software, services or applications. The current data processors used by the Controller are:

Other recipients of personal data may include shipping companies and parties involved in the delivery of goods and payment processing, as well as marketing service providers. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EU) or international organizations.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
I acknowledge that I have the right to:
withdraw my consent at any time,
request information on which personal data is being processed,
request clarification regarding the processing of personal data,
request access to, correction or updating of the personal data,
request deletion of personal data where permitted by law,
contact the Controller or the national Data Protection Authority if I believe my rights have been violated,
object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing,
note that providing personal data is not mandatory and is not a condition for entering into a contract.
