            Matriz de calibrado de longitud completa

            Los troqueles FL se utilizan para calibrar un cartucho a lo largo de toda su longitud.

            Además de un expansor extraíble, los troqueles FL de Triebel cuentan con un pasador expulsor de cápsulas integrado.
            Todos los husillos utilizados, el expansor y el pasador expulsor pueden sustituirse fácilmente si es necesario, con muy poco esfuerzo.

            El cuello del casquillo se calibra desde el interior al sacarlo del troquel. De este modo se conforma el casquillo y se consigue una tensión correcta del cuello. La posición correcta del troquel en la prensa se ajusta mediante la contratuerca.


            En especial, los troqueles con rosca de 1 ¼"-12 Gg se caracterizan por su máxima estabilidad y durabilidad.
            Las fuerzas necesarias para el proceso de calibrado son significativamente menores que con los troqueles de 7/8”.

            Esto protege su prensa de recarga y ofrece resultados más uniformes que el calibrado con herramientas de recarga demasiado débiles.
