Shellplate Bearing Kit with Low Profile Lock Ring for Dillon Super 1050 / RL1100
Smooth Rotation
The kit includes custom lock ring with bearing and spacers that are installed onto the shell plate, which helps to reduce friction and wobbling during operation. This results in more precise and consistent shell plate rotation, and ultimately, more accurate and reliable ammunition.
Fits both Shellplate Versions
- Thinner 0.200" shellplate (pre 03/16/2021) – image no. 3 on the right
- Thicker 0.250" shellplate (from 03/16/2021) – image no. 3 on the left
Includes:
- 1x Low profile Lock Ring enables the use of Thrust Needle Roller Bearings and allows easy adjustments.
- 1x Set Screw for Lock Ring is used to prevent Lock Ring from moving
- 1x Thrust Needle Roller Bearing enables the Shell Plate to rotate smoothly.
- 2x Washers protect the Shell Plate and Lock Ring against bearing indentation.
- 4x Plastic Centering Spacers
- Blue for thinner 0.200" shellplate (pre 03/16/2021)
- Black for thicker 0.250" shellplate (from 03/16/2021)
- 1x Hex Key is used to tighten the locking set screw.
