This 3-die set is designed for reloading straight-wall cartridges used in historical firearms for Cowboy Action Shooting. The dies are specifically optimized for sizing, expanding, seating and crimping cartridges loaded with cast lead bullets, rather than modern jacketed bullets.

Cowboy dies feature a slightly larger expander plug and a matching roll crimp, allowing lead bullets to be properly expanded, seated and crimped without excessive stress on the brass case. The result is longer case life, improved reliability and enhanced accuracy in traditional firearms such as lever-action rifles.

• Steel Full-Length Sizing Die – cases must be lubricated before sizing
