RCBS 3-Die Taper Crimp Set
RCBS 3-Die Taper Crimp die sets are designed for reloaders who demand maximum precision, reliability, and long service life. The dies are manufactured from RCBS proprietary die steel to very tight tolerances and then undergo a meticulous finishing process.
The 3-die set includes:
- hardened steel Sizer Die
- Expander Die
- Taper Crimp Seat Die
The 3-Die Taper Crimp Set is for loading straight-wall cartridges.
The Steel Sizer Die sizes the case and de-primes. Note: Cases must be lubricated.
The Expander Die expands the case mouth to the proper diameter to accept the bullet and applies a slight flare/bell for easy and safe bullet seating.
The Bullet Seating Die then seats the bullet precisely and applies the appropriate taper crimp.
