The DAA PRIMEVIBE Primer Tube Filler is a vibratory primer tube filler designed for both small and large primers of all brands. Thanks to its advanced control unit, the bowl vibration frequency can be precisely adjusted to optimize feeding for specific primer brands, ensuring reliable and consistent operation.

This device provides an efficient and reliable way of filling primer tubes while eliminating the time-consuming manual orientation of primers using a flip tray and inserting them one by one into the tube.

With the DAA PRIMEVIBE Primer Tube Filler, you can focus on reloading ammunition while the device automatically orients primers and fills the next primer tube. By the time the current tube is empty, the next one is already filled and ready for use in your reloading press.

Note: PrimeVibe is designed to handle 100 primers only. The unit does not include a counter or automatic shut-off after 100 primers. Simply pour a box of 100 primers into the bowl and let the unit run until the bowl is empty and the primer tube is full.

Controller Unit:

The DAA PRIMEVIBE Primer Tube Filler is equipped with its own controller unit, allowing precise adjustment of the frequency range between 60.0–99.9 Hz, with both fine and coarse adjustment options (simply press the frequency knob to switch between fine and coarse adjustment). Finding the optimal frequency ensures consistent primer movement and reliable feeding.

The controller unit also allows you to set the operating time from 30 seconds to 4 minutes or switch to continuous mode, which operates for up to 3 hours. This continuous mode is especially useful for users interested in experimenting with direct feeding into a reloading press.

Quick-Removal Safety Shield Without Tools:

The DAA PRIMEVIBE uses a bayonet-style mounting system for the safety shield, allowing quick removal without tools. Although it is recommended to always operate the unit with the shield installed, it can easily be removed by turning it counterclockwise.

Very Low Noise Level:

The DAA PRIMEVIBE operates almost silently. The loudest sound is usually generated by the movement of the primers themselves. The quiet operation is achieved by using a DC electromagnet and light mechanism springs.

Four Ejection Windows in the Feed Ramp:

Considerable effort has been invested in optimizing the geometry of the feed ramp and ejection windows for both small and large primers. With properly adjusted vibration settings (avoiding excessive bouncing caused by incorrect frequency), upside-down primers are extremely rare—less than one per 1,000 processed primers. The use of four ejection windows further reduces the possibility of inverted primers passing through.

Height-Adjustable Exit Hole Cover:

The adjustable cover above the exit hole helps prevent primers from turning sideways when entering the opening. The height can easily be adjusted by tightening or loosening the screw according to the primer brand used.

Precision CNC-Machined Aluminum Exit Hole:

The color-coded exit inserts (blue for Large primers, red for Small primers) are precision CNC-machined with a tolerance of ±0.01 mm to ensure smooth and trouble-free primer feeding into the tube.
