The DAA Auto Case Sorter (ACS) is an innovative reloading accessory mounted beneath the case feeder, inspecting every case before it enters the reloading press. It prevents upside-down or incorrect calibers from entering the shell plate, reducing jams, minimizing downtime and helping ensure consistent, high-quality ammunition production.

Using a patented system of mechanical arms and magnetic sensors, it measures case base dimensions and case height to distinguish between calibers – even differentiating between .38 Super and .38 Super Comp.

Includes a dual-voltage 12V DC power adapter (110–220V) with EU and US plugs.

For installation on Dillon XL 650/XL 750, Super 1050 and RL 1100 reloading presses, the DAA Dillon Mounting Kit for Auto Case Sorter must be purchased separately!

Eliminates Reloading Problems

Misfed cases can disrupt the reloading process and often require clearing the shell plate or fully resetting the press. This issue is even more significant with automated presses, where cases usually need to be manually pre-sorted. The DAA Auto Case Sorter eliminates these problems and ensures smoother and more efficient reloading.

Easy Calibration and Operation

The DAA Auto Case Sorter supports all pistol calibers from .380 to .45 (except .357/.44 Magnum).

Setting up a new caliber:

1. Manually sort five correctly oriented cases of the desired caliber
2. Insert them into the sorter
3. Hold the red button for three seconds until the indicator enters programming mode
4. The device measures the cases, calculates average values and creates a reference profile for that caliber
5. From that point on, all incorrect or upside-down cases will be automatically rejected
6. Repeat the procedure when changing calibers

Additional Features

• Jam detection and automatic calibration – if a jam occurs, the slider vibrates to clear the issue and then performs automatic calibration
• Case feeder emptying mode – holding the red button for five seconds activates rapid emptying mode without measurement
• Digital case counter – counts only correctly sorted cases
