Automatic Gravity-Fed Case Feeder

The automatic feeding system utilizes a gravity-fed chute to provide smooth and continuous case processing without the need for manual feeding.

Aluminum Feed Wheel Set Included

• Standard feed wheel: up to .308 Win.
• Magnum feed wheel: up to .338 Lapua Magnum
• Short feed ramp for short cases (black magnetic attachment)

Four-Position Multi-Caliber Turret

No expensive caliber-specific guide rods required.

Simply rotate the turret to the correct position for the caliber being used. Fast, simple, and tool-free.

Automatic Case Ejection and Height Adjustment

• Automatic case ejection after annealing
• Manual height adjustment via rotary mechanism for precise case positioning

6-Station Case Prep Center

Each station is powered by its own high-speed, high-torque motor.

Unlike competing systems, it does not rely on a single motor with plastic gears.

Compatible with all 8-32 threaded case prep tools (tools not included).

Hybrid Cooling System:

Closed-Loop Water-Cooled Induction System

Water-cooled induction coils allow for several hours of continuous operation without overheating and help extend the service life of the machine.

Triple Air Cooling System

Three high-performance fans:

• Power electronics cooling fan
• Water radiator cooling fan
• Heat exhaust fan

The perforated housing improves airflow and heat dissipation during extended operation.

Outstanding Induction Annealing Performance:

• Average annealing time per case: approximately 3 seconds
• Processes up to 600 cases in 30 minutes (compared to approximately 200 cases with competing systems)

Note: Annealing time varies depending on case type and condition. Typical power settings range between 30 and 80.

Power Supply:

• Compatible with both 120 V and 240 V power sources
• Factory setting: 120 V
• Switching to 240 V is done via a simple internal selector switch
• The display next to the switch shows the currently selected voltage (e.g. "115V")

Coolant Reservoir and Recommended Coolants:

Use one of the following coolants:

• Distilled water – suitable for several hours of operation
• For operation longer than 3 hours, use a mixture of distilled water and glycol (PC cooling fluid, welding equipment coolant, or RV coolant)

Maintenance: Replace the coolant every 1–2 years. If automotive coolant is used (not recommended by the manufacturer), flush the system every 6 months. Long-term use of automotive coolants may cause deposits to form inside the induction coils.
