SchleTek Gun-Ultrabond - Transparent

SchleTek Gun-Ultrabond is a professional adhesive, particularly formulated for the use on firearms. In addition, it is perfect for various other fields of application in the household and workshop, as well as for craft and hobby. Gun-Ultrabond is based on the latest methyl methacrylate technology (MMA) and offers a significantly wider processing spectrum than conventional polyurethane or epoxy adhesives. A wide variety of different materials can be bonded, for example: wood, metal, ABS plastic, and other special plastics.

Gun-Ultrabond exhibits excellent impact resistance, peel strength and tensile shear strength (steel/steel up to 30 N/mm², aluminium/aluminium up to 27 N/mm², polycarbonates up to 13 N/mm², ABS/ABS up to 8 N/mm²). It is resistant to diverse chemical influences, such as greases, salt water, fuels, oils, etc. Additionally, Gun-Ultrabond stands out due to its high temperature-resistance from -55°C (-67°F) to 120°C (248°F) and, of course, it is suitable for outdoor applications. Pot life: approximately 20 minutes. At room temperature approximately 75% of the final strength will be achieved after 2 hours. Complete curing will be achieved after 24 hours.

The handy double chamber cartridge with separate mixing nozzle makes Gun-Ultrabond quick and easy to work with and allows using just the amount needed while safely retains the rest until the next use.

Two-component cartridge gun is not included.
