TRIEBEL offers the production of customized Neck Sizer Rings to the customer's exact requirements. The customer determines the inner diameter of the Bushing to the nearest 0,01 mm.
Please write the required inner dimension in the order note.
The main factor is the thread size of the dies. Usually 7/8" dies have the 12,7 mm outer diameter and the 1 1/4" have the 15 mm bushings. Second factor is the immer diameter. The goal is the cut off between 12,7 and 15 mm type at a inner diameter of 9,00 mm. That means all bushings with a smaller inner diameter than 8,99mm should have the 12,7 outer diameter. From 9,00 mm and bigger it is the 15 mm type.
But in some cases there is a mix. This sometimes is needed for special neck thickness. WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND MEASURING THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE DIE AT THE BUSHING SEAT!
