RCBS X-Die Full-Length Sizer Die 6,5mm Creedmoor
The RCBS X Die set is designed for reloading bottleneck cases and eliminates the need for repeated trimming. After the initial trim of 0.020" below maximum case length, no further trimming is required during normal reloading.
The X Die full-length sizing die features a specially designed mandrel with an expander ball and decapping pin. This system reduces case growth during sizing by contacting the case mouth. Thanks to very tight tolerances between the mandrel and the neck wall, the neck does not thicken as the case is pushed back.
Cases sized with the X Die may initially grow slightly by a few thousandths of an inch, but then stabilize below the maximum length without any noticeable loss of accuracy or case life.
