The revolutionary Triple Seven® FFG rifle propellant is a modern granulated powder formulated for percussion muzzle-loading firearms and for cartridge use. It combines high performance with easy maintenance. It contains no sulfur, so the characteristic strong odors associated with firing are absent and firearm cleaning after shooting can be done with water only — quick and without aggressive scrubbing. Made in the USA by Hodgdon Powder Company.

The powder is intended for use in shotguns and rifles of .40 caliber and larger and is also suitable for use in cartridges.

NOTE: Triple Seven® is not designed for use in firearms that were originally proofed for black powder. Triple Seven® was developed to produce comparable pressures and velocities when measured on a volumetric-equivalent charge basis.

Reloading data (“MUZZLELOADER LOAD DATA”) can be found in the attachment (the data were developed for a firearm with a 26-inch barrel, i.e. 66 cm).
