Replacement undersized decapping mandrel for Lee Precision Collet neck sizing dies.
Some cases have flash holes of .055" or smaller. This is less than the diameter of the standard decapping pin, which may get stuck when depriming/resizing. In such cases, the solution is to use this undersized mandrel.
