This knife can handle it all – its medium-flex blade is more forgiving than the rigid blade of the Stiff 9" model. The knife features an ergonomically shaped non-slip handle that ensures a secure and comfortable grip, even in wet or greasy conditions. The long blade allows for smooth and precise cuts without sticking to the meat.
