Worn under clothing, the Hidden Comfort Recoil Shield for Women has a patented recoil protection and comfortable cotton blend cover (40% cotton, 60% polyester) that easily attaches to a bra strap without removing the blouse or shirt and stays in place with its hook and loop closure system.
The recoil pad is filled with PAST recoil absorption foam, which spreads and and dissipates recoil through itself rather than letting it bounce to the shooter. PAST's material is so effective, that is's been the industry standard since it was introduced! For best results, the shield should be used at temperatures ranging from 0°C to 64°C. However, since this recoil shield is virtually touching your body, it will always have the right temperature.
Caldwell Hidden Comfort Recoil Shields for Women, just like all PAST shields, are easy to maintain. Your shield can be machine washed on the delicate cycle. It should be air-dryed. Do not dry clean.
