The Smith & Wesson EDC folding knife is a small pocket knife designed for everyday carry. It features a high-quality Drop Point blade made from high-carbon stainless steel 3Cr13, known for its strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. The blade has a black oxide finish that provides additional durability, corrosion resistance, and prevents reflections.

The blade is secured in the open position by a Liner Lock, which automatically slides behind the back of the blade to block its movement. To close the knife, the lock is moved back to the side.

The ergonomically shaped lightweight aluminum handle is made of and features polymer scales with a textured, non-slip surface for a secure grip. The back of the handle (pommel) ensures a firmer grip and prevents the knife from slipping out of the hand.

The knife is also equipped with a practical metal clip for attaching to a pocket or belt.
