The Dillon Carbide Neck Expander/Decap Die is designed for reloading .223 Remington ammunition. It expands the case neck while simultaneously removing the spent primer.
Expanding the case neck prepares the case for proper bullet seating. At the same time, the decapping function removes the spent primer from the case, allowing both operations to be performed in a single step.
