The Dillon Accurized Micrometer Bullet Seating Die is designed for maximum precision and repeatability when seating bullets. Its precise micrometer adjustment in 0.001" increments allows easy and accurate control of bullet seating depth. Tactile detent clicks, inspired by rifle scope adjustment turrets, provide convenient and controlled adjustments.

The spring-loaded case centering sleeve ensures precise concentric alignment of the case during bullet seating, helping to minimize bullet runout in the finished cartridge. An independent seating stem ensures consistent force transmission during every press stroke.

The package includes two interchangeable seating stems for bullets with tangent (13°) and secant (10°) ogive profiles. Both contact the bullet near its bearing surface, where the profile is most consistent. This contributes to precise seating without unwanted damage to the bullet jacket.

Another practical feature is the freely rotating micrometer scale, which can be positioned to face the operator regardless of the die's orientation in the toolhead. The standard 7/8"–14 thread allows use with all Dillon progressive presses and other compatible reloading presses.
