CH4D 1/4 x 2.6" Decapping Rod
Decapping rods are dimensioned according to the diameter of the primers and the length of the die body in which they will be used.
- Calibers with small primers use a small decapping pin and a rod with a 10-32 thread.
- Calibers with large primers use a large decapping pin and a rod with a 1/4"-28 thread.
- The shorter version of the decapping rod is always selected to best match the length of the specific die in which the rod will be used.
