 SchleTek Cera-Grease - ceramic vaseline for barrel threads (50g)

Cera-Grease has been specially formulated for use on barrel threads, adapters and barrel extensions at extreme temperatures. The high performance grease is based on the finest ceramic particles and behaves neutrally to a wide range of materials. Cera-Grease can therefore also be used on aluminium parts without any problems.

Its exceptional temperature resistance (-20 °C to 1 500 °C) makes it ideal for attaching shock absorbers, muzzle brakes and other adapters to the muzzle of barrel. Cera-Grease provides long-term protection against seizing, baking, as well as corrosion and thread wear, even in extreme (highly corrosive) environments.

Properties of Cera-Grease

• resistance to high temperatures from -20 °C to 1 500 °C
• contains no copper, nickel, aluminium, sulphides, molybdenum, PTFE (Teflon) or silicone
• temperature-stable ceramic-based lubricant
• greatly facilitates assembly and disassembly
• smooths surfaces and protects them from environmental influences
• significantly reduces frictional resistance and wear
• prevents contact corrosion of various metals
• non-toxic - does not require labelling according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP)

Cera-Grease is intended for use

• on the threads of the barrel and its adapters
• for all civilian and military barrel muzzle attachments (silencers, flash hiders, muzzle brakes, compensators, etc.)
• for shotgun muzzle attachments (choke)
• wherever high temperatures are encountered and where a temperature-stable, metal-free lubricant and anti-seize agent are required
