Reloading ammunition is not just about measuring powder and seating the bullet – a key step is also properly seating the primer in the case.
In the new video on the YouTube channel @Callsign.Danielson we look at different methods of primer seating. How to carry out the whole process safely and efficiently with tools for manual priming, such as a priming arm on the press, a primer feeder Safety Prime from Lee with hopper, or a hand priming tool Frankford Arsenal with depth‑adjustment. Also included is the Lee Bench Prime – a stable priming tool mounted on the table, which allows fast and precise work without much effort.
The video emphasises the importance of correct primer seating in the primer pocket.
