Most malfunctions are cartridge related, and most of them involve a deformed, bulging, or otherwise defective cartridge case. Casting cartridges in a ammo checker is an effective way to reduce the likelihood of costly malfunctions. Use an ammo checker to very quickly check to see if the cartridges will fit in the chamber of the gun and discard any non-compliant cartridges.

Stackability of ammo checkers

Ammo checkers are stackable in rows of 10 rounds. Depending on what kind of box you use to store your cartridges, you can use just one row of ammo checkers, or use screws to connect them into multiple rows. The chambers are positioned to be consistent with MTM boxes or most other cartridge boxes to allow for easy transfer of cartridges.
