AGS Brass Annealer 3.1

Four sets of interchangeable inserts for various calibers are included. (Use without inserts for .408 Cheytac and similar (.661″ – 16.8 mm opening).

Torch holder accepts 1/2” diameter torches, and its adjustable for height and angle. Torch not included!

Annealer base is pre-drilled for those that want and need second torch holder. It also comes with sharpie holder for those who want to mark their brass (0.421″ opening).

Cases are rotated on heating station with separate motor for even heat spread during the annealing process.

PWM controller comes preset for usage, there is no need to adjust it in “MENU” section.

Compact size: base 6x6" (15,3 x 15,3 cm), and approximately 4.3" (11 cm) tall.

We recommend using Tempilaq (around 400 °C) to set the correct annealing time for the brass case (the color of Tempilaq changes when the required temperature is reached). Visual observation or brass color change is not a reliable way to determine proper annealing. Under-annealing has no effect on brass, while over-annealing can lead to dangerous situations.

IMPORTANT WARNING: We strongly advise you to set up timing and flame every time when you anneal with Tempilaq for proper and consistent results, unless you have regulated burner/s.
