DILLON PRECISION LIFETIME WARRANTY

Dillon Precision offers a lifetime warranty on select models of its reloading presses , which also covers normal wear and tear.

As a distributor of Dillon Precision products, we pass this manufacturer’s warranty on to our customers who have purchased a Dillon reloading press from us.

According to Dillon Precision’s current warranty terms, the lifetime warranty applies to the following presses:

• Square Deal B
• RL550
• XL650
• XL750
• SL900

If any part of your Dillon press purchased from us becomes damaged or wears out due to normal use, please contact us. We will handle the warranty claim with Dillon Precision on your behalf.

How does it work?

• We only facilitate the Dillon Precision warranty for customers who purchased the press from STROBL.CZ.
• The warranty is governed by Dillon Precision’s current warranty terms and conditions.
• For the models listed above, the lifetime warranty also covers normal wear and tear.
• Depending on the nature of the defect, a photo of the damaged part may be sufficient for evaluation; in other cases, it may be necessary to send the damaged part to us.
• If the manufacturer approves the warranty claim, we will provide you with the appropriate replacement part free of charge. If we do not have it in stock, we will order it from Dillon Precision.
• The cost of shipping the part to us and, if applicable, shipping the replacement part to the customer are not covered by the warranty and are the customer’s responsibility.
• The warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, neglected maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or the use of unapproved components or accessories.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The lifetime warranty described above, including normal wear and tear, applies to the Square Deal B, RL550, XL650, XL750, and SL900 presses, to the extent specified in Dillon Precision’s current warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty terms for separately sold accessories, dies, conversion kits, electronic products, and other Dillon Precision products may vary. For these products, the warranty is always governed by the manufacturer’s current warranty terms for the specific product.

Not all Dillon Precision presses come with a lifetime warranty. For example, the manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty against defects for the RL1100 press and a 1-year warranty against defects for the Super 1050.

This service facilitates an extended warranty from Dillon Precision and in no way limits the customer’s statutory rights against STROBL.CZ s.r.o. as the seller.
